SHALLOW WATER LIFEGUARD

Safeguard and regulate conduct of waterpark patrons
Enforce park policies, rules, and regulations
Rescue patrons and performs appropriate follow-up procedures, including the proper use of
equipment in the performance of first aid
Respond quickly, intelligently, and decisively in accordance with established emergency and
accident procedures
Must be alert and actively seek to prevent accidents and eliminate risk
Must administer CPR and first aid as appropriate per incident protocols
Provide written reports on all accidents/incidents
Maintain proper updated safety requirements
Attend in-service training as scheduled
Provide customer service to patrons.

 

 

Arcade Attendant

Exemplify superior customer service with all arcade guests, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Address and resolve guest problems and complaints immediately, consulting with the Director of Amusement when necessary. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with game selection, explaining rules, and resolving any issues or concerns. Operate and maintain arcade games and attractions, including troubleshooting technical issues, resetting games, and ensuring proper functioning.
Monitor and enforce safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for all customers and employees.
Collect payments, issue tickets or tokens, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Keep the arcade area clean and organized, including regular cleaning of game machines, counters, and seating areas. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and coworkers
