Bell Person:

•Meet and greet all hotel guests

•Assist guests and members with their luggage
•Escorts incoming guests to their rooms, check rooms to ensure they are in order, offer information regarding features of rooms,
services of hotel and points of interest.
*Assist guests with special needs
*Attend to group arrivals and departures
*Receive and deliver items and messages for guests
*Handle guest complaints and requests
*Maintain luggage storage areas
•Provide the highest level of guest service at all times

The Houseperson, assists the Housekeeping department. This will mean stocking cleaning supplies, linens, soaps, and other essentials. You will also be expected to bring dirty linens to the laundry.

Club Area Cleaner:

• Use cleaning chemicals
• Ensure security of all assigned keys and radios.
• Review assigned areas and complete general removal of any trash or debris.
• Stock cleaning storage area with designated supplies and equipment.
. • Dust and polish all woodwork and furniture.
• Remove dust, spots and smears from windows; wash windows as assigned.
• Clean outside areas of the grounds as assigned.

Arranged by the Host Company:

Employee housing is shared in dormitories near the resort. 2-3 employees will share a room. The townhome is fully furnished and includes beds, linens, dresser, wifi, and shared full kitchen. Washer/dryer available for additional charge.
