Kauai is Hawaii’s fourth largest island and is sometimes called the “Garden Isle."

Beyond Kauai’s dramatic beauty, the island is home to a variety of outdoor activities. Kayak the Wailua River. Snorkel on Poipu Beach.

Hike the trails of Kokee State Park. Even go ziplining above Kauai’s lush valleys. But it is the island’s laid-back atmosphere and rich culture found in its small towns that make a truly amazing place.

Kauai does not have any nightlife. If you are looking for bars and to go out dancing, this is not the island for you. This island is more catered to people who enjoy spending time outdoors.

CREW MEMBER JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position is for all aspects of the restaurant. This includes greeting customers, taking orders and payments, using grill for cooking, assembling the meals, giving out the prepared foods, and general cleaning of the work areas during your shifts.

Participants should be friendly, service orientated, willing to learn, have high energy, be dependable and able to lift 25 lbs. You will be expected to be flexible with your work hours and work the shifts that are assigned to you.

PARTICIPANTS MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FOR AT LEAST 3 MONTHS MINIMUM IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THIS JOB.

Uniform/Dress Code:
You must wear McDonald’s uniform whenever on the job. The entire uniform should always be clean and neat. McDonald’s will provide crew members with a uniform shirt, hat, safety shoes and name tag which must be worn in the restaurants at all times. All crew members must supply their own pants (Black pants – no jeans corduroy spandex or lycra allowed).
